The Role
As Marketing assistant (MA) assists the Sales Officers based in provincial areas. The role entails supporting the SO and branch partners from the initial processing until booking of the home loan account. Proper coordination, swift processing and timely submission of deliverables are expected from this role.
How you'll contribute
- Facilitates the booking of accounts included in the pipeline
- Request for DST Affixing for REM reg
- Assisting branches and clients on some queries about HL
- Conduct Interview and pre-screening of prospect loan applicants. (Discussion of requirements, Acceptable Collaterals, Acceptable Income and the like)
- In charge in justifying the remarks coming from LDRU come review time, before we proceed with REM reg and booking of the account.
- Relays loan approval's term and conditions to client and referring branch via email and call-outs.
- Follows up directly to client or referring branch of the compliances prior booking.
- In charge in requesting deferrals/Waiver of Loan Documents.
- Reviewing of loan documents before and after clients signing and prior endorsing the account for review.
- Closely monitor the documentary deficiency of the accounts.
- Requesting legal reviews for loan documents submitted by our HL Clients with unusual discrepancies.
- Facilitating loan documents signing with the client .
- Updating and sending reports (area report, spoc template, weekly booking report) Coordinate with SPOC the accounts for loan documentation once the client agreed with the loan approval's terms and conditions.
- Requesting Title Verification Report for Newly transferred titles (offered collaterals) –as required by LDRU before we can proceed with REM registration.
- Ensuring completeness of requirements for routing of Original LOG's for signature of our Authorized Signatories.
- Reviewing the completeness and correctness of all requirements submitted by the client including collateral documents like Title, Tax Declaration and Tax Clearance.
- Scanning and Uploading of the collateral and pre-booking documents to Process Maker.
- Properly coordinate with the referring branches the exact date of the Facilitation of REM registration by our S.P. (Includes Loan take out with other banks. - The Rep. to Rep. Set up).
- Proper filing of loan documents in the credit folder Coordinate with our Service Provider to facilitate REM Registration.
- Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
What we're looking for
- Fresh graduate / less than 1 year of experience
- Bachelor's / College Degree of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Well-versed with the following MS Application: Word and Excel Results-oriented
- Team player
- Time management
