Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least a year of experience in compensation and benefits
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge on US payroll and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with payroll software/systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
