We are urgently seeking experienced Gardeners on a sub-contract basis to take over a gardening run in the Newcastle, NSW area .
Clean Green Strata (CGS) provides complete programmed maintenance services to the strata industry. With specialist divisions in strata cleaning, gardening, lawn mowing, building management, and bin management across Sydney.
$300 Sign on bonus - If you are successful we'll pay you $300 cash. Come and work for a great company with great rates & conditions.
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in the maintenance of gardens in strata complexes.The tasks which you will be performing are as follows- Hedging, blowing pathways, etc weeding, mulching, trimming plants. pruning, planting, small landscaping projects, etc.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications for both above positions:
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette
- An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and work, health and safety
- Must be a sole trader, partnership, or a company with a team NO larger than 3 employees
- Must have ABN
- Must have Public liability insurance
- Must have a current driver’s license and own transport (unbranded vehicle or have branding that can be removed off your vehicle when working for CGS)
